Friday Things - Window Guy Wrap up Feb 26
/FIVE DAYS IN A ROW IN SCHOOL. I will stop celebrating only when it stops feeling this exciting. This week our sweet girl started to settle into the routine. She is re-establishing her friendships face to face in the classroom, old recess games are back, and the true joy of school… riding the school bus… gives her the independence she craves. I’m even getting used to not having any idea if she is doing her work or not. It’s awesome.
This week at work also felt like a normal week for us. Little by little.. we keep moving forward and we continue to take action on all the little things that slowly but surely add up to be the big things.
Highlights from his week:
Warmer temperatures meant a full week of installs for the guys. Including this cool door.
The Minneapolis Home and Garden Show was cancelled for 2021.. we knew it was coming but the official word came yesterday. This show is a big one and we have always enjoyed and… relied on it to jump-start our spring business. That said, we have experienced a shift in buying patterns this last year and we know how powerful the internet can be for researching companies, investigating products and reading reviews.
Our online reviews have been steadily increasing and we are so grateful to everyone who has taken the time to leave us a kind word or two.

It might be in the 30’s this week but it isn’t quite time to fire up the grill. This stovetop double stacker looks both easy and delicious.
Finger crossed for the approval of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine today. We are nearing the top of that summit where vaccines will flood the market and every day we are one step closer to our old lives.
