An Update on open Service Tickets

We have not forgotten about you.
Every week we are closing as many open service tickets as we can.
This feels like a classic case of “lots of energy is going towards closing these tickets behind the scenes” and “we are doing a terrible job of communicating that to you.”
We can fix that. Here is how.
Sunni has jointed our team and is working with Steve to schedule service work as well as to communicate updates going forward. You can call her at 612-866-2888 with an update on your end or to communicate urgency about a new or existing service.
SCHEDULED SERVICE - We have dedicated days each month for only service work. These days will be focused on areas of town (south of the river, west, north, east, etc) to accomodate as many people as possible on those days.
SPONTANEOUS SERVICE - Steve is famous for this. When he has appointments or installs near you he may just grab your service items and then call you if he has time. If it works for you in the moment great, if not, we’ll get you on a scheduled day.

Our business moved a few months ago. We are still in Bloomington, but getting settled in our new building at 9321 Penn Avenue South. If you’re in the area stop by to say Hi! We can give you the quick tour (and even show you your name on our service board if you want!)
