COVID-19 Response on Sales Appointments
/Sales appointments and estimates do require a healthy conversation between you and our sales rep. Part of the value we provide is consulting with you about what you want to change in your home, explaining different options to you and then walking through your home to review it all before providing you with an estimate.
THIS is an old picture. this is not social distancing
Social distancing during this process is possible - but it needs to be a conscious effort. The right distance can feel uncomfortable sometimes but that is the point. We don’t want to be close enough to even risk transmitting the virus if either of us happen to be an unknowing carrier.
Finally, we commit to you that we will not send anyone into your home if they are feeling ill OR if they are living with anyone who is not feeling well. We have not travelled outside MN and are committed to slowing the spread of the virus by staying home, and social distancing if we must go out.
As a residential contractor we do fall within the essential worker category. At the same time, we recognize it is a broad category and while our work provides great value to our customers, it does’t feel essential. We will slowly be returning to work this week and if you are not 100% comfortable with the way we are doing so, contact us and we will find an alternate way or time to assist you.
We are all doing our best and being as flexible as we can to stay safe, stay healthy, and keep moving forward.
